Stop Chasing Tools. Start Delivering Value.
Most teams believe a new tool will solve their quality issues, only to end up with slow, brittle tests that everyone ignores. If your automation isn't providing rapid, actionable value, the tool isn't the problem—your strategy is.

In this course, renowned consultant Bas Dijkstra shifts the focus from tool-picking to strategic thinking. You will learn how to move beyond the "tool-first" trap and build a high-speed feedback engine that serves as a competitive advantage for your team.

What You Will Master:
  • Using a real-world banking case study, you will architect a complete automation strategy by mastering the six pillars of success:
  • Strategy (Why): Define goals that provide immediate value to your stakeholders.
  • Assets (What): Learn to choose high-impact tests instead of just automating manual scripts.
  • Architecture (Where): Move away from slow UI tests and find the most efficient entry points.
  • Workflow (When): Integrate automation into the design phase to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Team (Who): Combine testing intuition with coding craft to sustain a complex suite.
  • Execution (How): Use a context-driven framework to select the right tool for your specific reality.

The Transformation:
You’ll walk away with the Valuable Feedback, Fast (VFF) model and the Test Automation Quadrant to analyze and optimize your testing efforts. Through a featured workshop on Decomposing E2E Tests, you’ll learn how to replace fragile, hour-long tests with robust suites that provide the same confidence in minutes.

If you’re ready to stop the cycle of "red builds" and start delivering reliable results, this course is for you.
